This data started collection from 2024-11-21 at 15:50 and runs every 10 mins. It was last updated at 2026-06-03 05:50:12.

The graph (and csv file the graph uses) gets updated after new data is fetched and is pushed to this webserver.

If there is no data for the library then it was closed at those times. Apart from between 21/12/2014 and 02/01/2025 when I hadn't noticed the script had broken, as for some reason the NCL API returns nothing (causing a KeyError) when the library is closed.

Due to caching by CloudFlare, the `library_population.csv` download link might not always get you the latest, but I am yet to test this. The graph will always be up to date as it uses the local file.
